It’s Race Time is a Midwest based business that provides chip timing to triathlons and road races at an affordable price.  We use timing equipment and chips manufactured by RFID Race Timing Systems.  Their top of the line equipment has been used all over the world since 1996.

 

Each athlete in your race wears a very small RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip.  This chip is affixed to a neoprene band and worn on the athlete’s ankle.  We provide the numbered chips and bands to every athlete in your race so they can be identified at the various timing points and the finish line.

 

Chip timing is extremely accurate and reliable.  It’s Race Time operates with at least two back-up systems at the finish line, ensuring the results from your race are available to you immediately at the conclusion of the race.

 

Whether you are the race director for a triathlon, or a road race, we can time it for you!  We have the equipment to provide 5-split timing for a triathlon (Swim, First Transition, Bike, Second Transition, and Run).  No matter how large or small, we time them all!
